Strategic Human Capital Consultant ("we," "us," or the "Company") shall appropriately handle personal information and assessment data acquired in connection with the 5D Profile Assessment and related services provided by us (collectively, the "Service") as set forth below.

In providing the Service, we may collect the following information to the extent necessary.

• Name, company name, department name, job title, employee number, email address, ID, and any other information necessary for identity verification or usage management
• Inquiry details, communication history, and any other information relating to interactions with us
• Responses entered during the assessment, selected answers, and other assessment data
• Scores, judgment results, feedback information, reports, aggregated results, and other analytical information generated based on assessment data
• Service usage history, access information, and any other information necessary for operational purposes

2. Purpose of Use

We use the collected information for the following purposes.

• To provide, operate, and manage the 5D Profile Assessment and other related services
• To provide assessment results, feedback, reports, and related information to the assessment participant
• To provide contracting corporate clients with information necessary for managerial support, supervision, placement, development, organizational development, and organizational operations
• To support smooth communication and mutual understanding within teams
• To respond to inquiries, communicate with users, and provide important notices regarding the Service
• To improve the Service, enhance quality, develop functions, and confirm operational matters
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Sharing of Assessment Results and Information

Within the scope of the purpose of the Service, we may share assessment results and related information within the contracting corporate client.

Our basic approach to sharing is as follows.

• Detailed assessment results necessary for self-understanding and growth support will be provided to the assessment participant本人.
• Supervisors or managers may be provided with information necessary for support, guidance, work-related interaction, development, placement, and related purposes.
• Team members may be provided with limited information necessary for smooth communication, how to make requests, and consideration in how to engage with one another.

We do not share detailed personal inner-profile information or any unnecessarily broad range of information without limitation. Such information is handled only to the extent necessary in light of the purpose of the Service.

4. Provision to Third Parties

Except as permitted by law, we do not provide personal information to any third party without the consent of the individual concerned. However, this shall not apply in the following cases.

• Where the individual has given consent
• Where disclosure is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent
• Where disclosure or provision is required by law
• Where otherwise permitted under applicable law

5. Provision to Contractors

We may entrust the handling of personal information and assessment data to external service providers to the extent necessary for providing, operating, maintaining, storing data for, sending emails for, preparing materials for, and otherwise carrying out the Service.

In such cases, we will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over such contractors.

6. Security Control Measures

We will implement necessary and appropriate security control measures to prevent leakage, loss, damage, unauthorized access, and similar incidents involving personal information and assessment data.

7. Retention Period and Deletion

We will retain collected personal information and assessment data for as long as necessary for the provision of the Service, contract management, inquiry response, legal compliance, and other legitimate purposes.

Information that is no longer necessary will be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise appropriately processed, unless retention is required by law.

8. Disclosure, Correction, and Related Requests

If the individual concerned requests disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or any other request permitted under applicable law with respect to personal information held by us, we will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable law after verifying the identity of the requester.
