Leader training is a development program designed to help organizations achieve both business results and talent development by systematically building the mindset, thinking patterns, and behavioral traits required of leaders.
We offer four practical, psychology-based training programs for leader development.
- Next-Generation Leader Training (for early-career and mid-level employees): Build the mindset, thinking, capability, and commitment required of the next generation of leaders
- Management Training (for section managers): Reexamine the role of the manager, understand the purpose of management, and put it into practice
- Inclusive Leader Development Training (for executives and managers): Promote team building that leverages diversity to drive creativity and innovation
- Leadership Training: Strengthen leadership exercised by leaders
Common Concept
This is a development program designed to help participants systematically learn the fundamental knowledge, mindset, roles and responsibilities, and essential capabilities required of leaders within companies and organizations.
Each program is designed by level to strengthen leadership and management capability according to the participant group.
The goal is to develop leaders who can unite teams, build strong teams, and achieve the team’s purpose.
In addition,
this program uses the results of the 5D Profile Assessment (analysis of personality, emotions, thinking, work values, behavioral traits, and leadership traits) so that participants first recognize their own strengths, weaknesses, and characteristics,
and then work toward more practical and concrete leadership and management skill development. The difference in how people approach leadership after taking the assessment is dramatic.
Even when participants have not taken the 5D Profile Assessment, the program includes a simplified self-analysis exercise to deepen self-understanding before moving into practical training.
What differentiates this program from other companies’ training is that it does not stop at theory. It emphasizes putting leadership and management into practice by using one’s own strengths.
By taking the 5D Profile Assessment, participants can build the practical power needed for leader mindset, thinking, and behavioral traits much faster.
Even without taking the full assessment, the program includes a simplified, game-like diagnostic exercise. As a result, participants can gain a simple understanding of their own traits,
making it easier for them to see their tendencies in leader mindset, thinking, and behavioral traits as something personal and therefore learn with greater seriousness.

How This Training Is Differentiated from Other Programs
All of our training programs, including leader training, are built on self-understanding based on the 5D Profile Assessment, so participants first recognize their own strengths, weaknesses, and characteristics before moving into the training itself.
This creates a mechanism that does not stop at theoretical learning, but supports practical and individually optimized behavior change.
Even when participants have not taken the assessment, the program includes a simplified self-analysis exercise to deepen self-awareness before moving into practical skill building.
By the end of the training, participants do not leave with vague understanding alone. They leave with a concrete action plan that clarifies how they will use their strengths and what actions they will take.
We do not offer open-enrollment training programs. Each program is customized by company, organization, and theme,
but we provide highly tailored programs at a price comparable to open-enrollment training, designed to match your company’s specific needs.
